Teenagers

This is a haiku about teenagers.  I originally wrote it with the first and third line reversed.  But when I showed my cousin Tammi, she suggested switching the lines.  So this a haiku by Tammi and I about teenagers.

A misguided path
Young minds screaming to be old
Fickle, foolish things

Chirps echo on bark
Life blossoming in dead trees

This is to all the weird shades of brown/blonde/red that women like to dye their hair these days.
